The room was small, smaller than an IBIS room
There was no space or shelves to store anything.
TV ws in an unfortunate position.
the cooling/ heasting could not be adjusted
there was a step from the floor to the bathroom,

Good location..close to metro station. Staff was friendly..especially Nicole and Anne.
A portable heater was loaned to me as I was a bit cold.
Although it was stated that there are laundry facilities at the hotel, there were none. Overall a good place to stay.
Great hotel in good location for public transport. All staff were friendly and professional and rooms were spotlessly clean.
A minor issue - we had a few issues with keys not working causing extra trips back to reception.
Breakfast seemed expensive for what was there and we’re glad we didn’t take this option, especially as there were takeaway food places very near the hotel at the station.
The free coffee at reception was great and there were takeaway cups if needed.
Overall highly recommended and we’ll definitely be staying there again next time we’re in Amsterdam 👍
Great location. Room was very clean, staff were very friendly, and the hotel is walking distance to a main Metro station. You can get to the city center in 15-20 minutes.
Good connection to the airport. However keep in mind the first train leaves at around 5:30am. So, if you have a super early flight you may need to take a cab
Needed to book a hotel close to Schipol after my flight was cancelled. This is a quirky hotel and would not suit everyone. The bathroom is in a unit which is also part of the bed. My room had no windows which I did not like. This hotel is ok for a short stay but perhaps not for 3/4 nights. Excellent transport links and a good selection of restaurants nearby.
A short trip to do some flat viewing in Amstelveen. The rooms were generously sized for the price, clean, modern and there were tons of great things near by, from Wagamama to Albert Heijns and lots of little cafes and restaurants. Amsterdam South is a stones throw away. Highly recommended!

If you stay on business take larger room as Smaller rooms don’t have closets and have only two hangers. Also you need to make sure to ask to clean your room, even iwe asked about this nobody picked up used cups and glasses which stayed dirty till the end
I loved everything about the hotel and its staff. The bicycles offered for rent were awful, however. They were heavy, slow, and the brakes nearly worked.
It was exactly what we expected. We arrived after midnight and were quickly served. The room turned out to be spacious and interesting in design.
The hotel is very close to the station, which is also convenient.

Proper stay for a proper price, was quite unhappy with parking, complicated to someone unknown to their surroundings but otherwise perfect!

The stay was good and the staff is friendly. Only request would be to put a door in the bathroom as it gets cold during winter and there is no door to hold the steam from the shower.

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. No door on the bathroom. The area was nice and quite, hand for the metro and close to the RAI.
