"Upon our arrival the receptionist was pleasant and friendly and the check-in process was straightforward. We were given the option of taking a ground floor room which was helpful as it meant that we could easily transport our luggage to our room. Parking was convenient to the hotel entrance. Although the hotel is located close to the Interstate, our room was quiet and had the usual amenities. "I found the staff demonstrated over & above customer service..I felt comfortable snd safe. It’s a family place for a safe stay while you come & go.. the parking was well lit as well. I was traveling alone to attend a wedding and other families were coming & going to soccer games..with that said, it’s important families and people traveling alone feel comfortable and safe. Thank you for providing a welcoming place to stay."

The saving grace of the place was the property manager/owner, as he was quick to offer their best room, which on the surface looked all remodeled and clean, but upon closer inspection, we found that the bedsheets and towels were dirty, so then he was quick to refund us the room and the money we put into the vending machine, and got nothing in return. "Honestly, it was a very old looking property. Their rooms weren’t up-to-date. You could see worn out paint and it just looked worn out and dated it just looked like a low budget hotel because it was Wyndham. I felt secure, but if I could’ve canceled and got a refund, I would have and stayed someplace else. I won’t say there again. I took my girlfriend there and honestly, I was embarrassed as I said if I could’ve gotten a refund, I would have and if I had the money, I would’ve just left and paid...

"This was a perfect little spot for me to spend one night since I was in town for a show at the Turlock Community Theater. It was going to be too late to drive back to the Bay Area. All I wanted was a clean, reasonably priced, comfortable room for the night, and I certainly got that and more. The room was well appointed with mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board, everything I needed to spend a comfortable night and get well rested for the drive home. Area was very suspicious and I did not feel safe (homeless, car break ins) But the cherry on top, the pullout bed mattress was absolutely terrible ( un known stains all over- no mattress cover) . The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was not long enough to keep water in the shower and the floor got soaked. There’s no bathmat.
