"The Kobi Onsen resort is a new, up and coming resort located near Hue. Just outside the city proper, it provides transportation to many nearby activities. The rooms were fantastic and the resort was incredible. We took advantage of the Onsen and the Spa and enjoyed both. Two areas to improve would be: (1) in the responsiveness to orders - it often took quite a while to get drinks; and (2) the meals - we had several meals there. I would recommend westerners avoid the western food - it might not...

"Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. "This is probably the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. It wasn't because they felt they had to be nice but genuinely all just seemed to be lovely people who couldn't do enough for me. Without trying to sound trite, it really was nice to come back to every time as they all seemed so pleased to see you. I thought I would be late arriving, as there was an issue on the railway line from Da Nang, so I messaged the hotel. Unlike most places I contact, the reply came back almost straight away....
