But what made us Hanoi stay most comfortable and fun were hotel staff especially front staff Anna was so helpful and friendly. It was our first time in Hanoi but she showed us the point of interests on the map and how to get there. BF buffet was great and all other staff were also helpful and tour arrangement were great too. "Really friendly staff great customer service. Especially with young children the staff were amazing. The only slight disappointed the restaurant was not the best food for the money. A bit too much salt among other criticisms. But there are some great places just outside the hotel so don't let that put you off. The hotel is in a great location with lots of things to do and places to see."
