"Hotel was great, very nice and clean, excellent location right where all activities are. The complimentary tour was great, all staff provided excellent service, very polite and patient. Our flight was early so the night before I mentioned it to one of the staff and told him we would miss opening time for breakfast not knowing he’d offer providing 2 to-go breakfast for us upon check out, which was very thoughtful. The only thing that could be worked out to better serve guests was the airport shuttle, since it works on fixed schedule it did not work for us both, on arrival & departure, so we had to make our own arrangements luckily grab car is very reasonable in Vietnam. Overall it was great 2 night stay for us, we’ll definitely come back next year."

"Dat and his staff were super helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. The breakfast choices were decent; the noodles or sandwiches were deliciously prepared which includes a juice or Vietnamese coffee at a reasonably price. The hotel is located away from the busy street and venues and was well insulated for a good sleep. Our room was clean, nicely decorated with a sunset/partial ocean view. "

"More like a 4 than a 5 star hotel. Staff were professional. They seemed to take safety seriously with lifeguards in the pool and beach. Located on a nice part of the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers, but they probably cant add more due to limited space. Most sun loungers were "reserved" by guests with towels before 8am and sometimes the reservers wont be seen anywhere near the lounger for hours. Breakfast had a good variety and no long queues for most items, but the hygiene standards weren't great - food was fresh, just that the way food was displayed and accessed wasn't the best. For example, they have this huge tub of ice that keeps getting refilled, but u can see the melted ice at the bottom of the bucket had probably been there for a couple of hours and contained debris. An ice machine would have been better. The fruits were also just left in the open and probably should have been covered/ in refrigerated section and split into individual portions (pretty sure I got a tummy bug from here). Some amenities were dated/broken -e.g. ping ping rackets and table football. For a hotel this size, I think there should be more sport/fun ammenities, e.g. there was only one ping pong table, always with a long queue. Good location - nearby restaurants/ mini-marts, quick taxi ride to sunset town. The rooms were also a good size and well maintained. For quality, the price seemed fair, and if the hotel can address the above issues, it'd be a really great stay. "

"Spacious villa with private pool. The beach is quite with white sand. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. As soon as you enter the hotel, every staff keeps greeting to you and make the whole experience very cheerful and relaxing. Best service! I would recommend it to everyone."

"Ok Big Room, they Said they upgrafed our room IF we gave good feedback on review.. its an ok place to stay, but confusing place. The check in prosess was terrible. We stood there for 20 minutes before anyone looked at us, there were 4 people doing nothing/ looking at the phone. After we finally were given any help, there was little hospitality. But it is an ok place once you finally get the room, for this price it’s ok. "
