It's in a slightly scary section of town. The staff only seems to like if you speak French. Our other hotels had a safe dedicated parking area, away from the beggers. I didn't see that option here. The spa services cost way more than comparable hotels. On the plus side, the room was very nice and ...

Customer service is lackluster and the people in charge of them are worse I was charged for a shuttle that Expedia said was free They didn't honor the Expedia price I was given the runaround after I called to try to clear things up
