"Always my favorite place, going back to 94. I do miss the Continental breakfast though. It was supposed to return after the COVID lockdown but never did. Oh, not a fan of the owner mad-mugging us constantly as we came and went. But I get it, he's trying to get some extra cash from all the beachgoers parking near the entrance."

"All was great but still think free coffee in the morning would be a plus. $8 is just a big deterrent. Coffee packets in the room are awful and the paper cups fall apart. "

"The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn.
The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay.
The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly.
The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer."
