Séjour réservé pour plusieurs nuits. Plusieurs collègues et moi même n’avons pas été prévenu lors de la réservation que la fête du village avec une sono très forte se déroulait sous les fenêtres des chambres pendant 2 nuits. Nous avons découvert cela lorsqu’il nous a été déposé sur notre lit des bouchons d’oreille en nous proposant de nous joindre à la fête….!!!! Il a été très difficile d’obtenir un départ anticipé sans frais dans la mesure où il est impossible de dormir dans de telles conditions. Très déçu donc par le manque de professionnalisme car prévenir ses clients à la réservation de cet événement et de ses conséquences en terme de bruit aurait été un gage d’honnêteté ; manifestement l’impact financier a été privilégié au confort des clients.

Brève escale dans ce bel établissement comme il n'y en a que trop peu. Accueil chaleureux, chambre impeccable, vue à couper le souffle, resto efficace et bon, personnel adorable, et j'allais oublier le petit dej dont beaucoup devraient s'inspirer (vienoiseries et pain frais, entre autre...). Alors oui, il faut laisser quelques sous, mais je préfère les laisser ici ;)

Week end surprise a Ancelle

Hotel decoration soignee et tres " courchevel "!! Mais nous etions a Ancelle .....du bois encore du bois !! Nous etions sous le charme mais le charme s est estompé au fur et a mesure il faut savoir que vous avez deux parties distinctes dans l hotel les chambres refaites et les chambres non refaites !! Nous avons eu une chambre....non refaite avec un lit dont un des pied etait cassé le lit penché une literie de 8 cm d epaisseur une fois couchés dessus un mal au dos epouvantable plus d eau chaude a 22h le soir pour la douche et une moquette rouge usagee tout cela au meme prix que l autre partie renovee...pas de chance pour nous... Au restaurant nous avons pris une fondue maison tres bonne mais les autres plats du lendemain nous ont fait dechantés 1heure et quart d attente pour avoir un saumon juste chaud et un ecrasé de pomme de terre juste ecrasé ! Mauvaise gestion car 2 ou trois plats etaient en rupture a la cuisine alors qu il n etait que 20h ! Et pour finir un petit dejeuner de bonne qualité ouvert jusqu a 10h mais ou a 9h30 plus de viennoiseries C est dommage !!.... aucun geste commerciale n a ete fait ni pour l attente interminable a table ni pour la chambre ...... Voila notre week end au demeurant tres sympathique car station familiale très agreable La morale de week end concernant le sejour a l hotel Autranes : Attention aux apparences elles peuvent etre trompeuses.......ce n est pas gagné pour une 4 eme etoile !! F.B
