"The hotel is amazing but my only complaint is the parking situation. It was told at check in parking is first come first serve which is not convenient or feasible for travelers by cars. Fortunately the parking lot attendant saw I had handicap parking and was able to get me into the parking lot."

"It was a great weekend spent at Golden Nugget. The weather was pool perfect, the Dj was pool perfect, the staff was accommodating to my hired room decorator.. Perfect birthday weekend!"

"First room, The bathroom was dirty, the phone did not work to call front desk, the beds were dirty and not made up. We had to move. The second room, bed was dirty, fridge was dirty, bathroom was dirty, coffee maker was dirty, TV was not working, lamp was not working. They gave us the wrong room, I booked a walk in shower wheelchair accessible room, we were put in a bathtub room. We had an accident in the room because it was not wheelchair accessible. The third time we moved to the Ac was not...

"I booked a king bed they gave me two queens gave me a hard time about giving me what I paid for I got there at 7 to check in after traveling for hours and the website said the pool was open until 8 it was closed by the time we got there staff wasn’t helpful at all my toilet was clogged it just was overall a bad experience and I’m a Wyndham’s reward member"

"Absolutely terrible! Elevators took 30 minutes just to get to your floor and every time it would even get to your floor it would be full after 30 minutes! Had to haul 3 suite cases 15 flights of stairs because I was not going to wait a hour just for an elevator:( Floors were stained bad and it was all humid! Rooms were okay! In the parking garage the spaces are way too close! my car got hit just in a parking spot away from everyone! Workers were rude as well. Never coming back!"

"Stayed in the Ballys tower, and the room was nice and clean. Only issue was the AC didn’t seem to work great. The first night it didn’t seem as bad, but it was worse the second night. It was fairly warm and you could tell the difference walking out into the hallway. Had I stayed a third night, I would’ve told the front desk. Otherwise, the hotel was the perfect spot for a beach day followed by the concert we were in town to see at the hard rock. Would definitely stay here again!"

"no hot water to shower, the hotel did not accomodate in any way other than to tell us to contact expedia. The door to our room was no secure we could push it open without presenting the key card."

"Hotel stay was good.Front seat agent was not to nice. I felt like she was judging a book by its cover. I also asked her for a pin and paper so I can write my address and she said she would take it out load. Also kept asking me do I have a car after I told her I have no drivers license. Just wierd but over all say was good."

"paid for an upgraded corner room and it was very elegant. Super old fashion hotel. such a long check in line at a hotel. Elevators took forever. Valet was nice."
