"Everyone was very pleasant from check in until check out."

"Stayed overnight for a concert at the hard rock and the prices for some of the more common hotels in AC were astronomical. We found the Seahaus hotel in our search and we are so happy we did! The rooms were extremely clean, no noise outside the rooms that we could hear, the staff upon arrival was extremely kind and efficient with check in. We got to enjoy the 24 hour snack bar area after our concert and also enjoyed breakfast downstairs the morning after. Staff there was also courteous and quick...

"Hair in room, dusty remote, no covers. Extra fees not told about ahead of time. Room service doesn’t work. Small bathroom/toilet runs into the door. QR code for $30 player card doesn’t work. Shops too expensive and missing breakfast sandwiches that they advertise. Overcrowded breakfast cafe, good luck getting seated. Nice staff but that’s it."

"So I had booked there standard room thinking it’s ceasers place! Well there standard room looked like a motel 6 room horrible! So I went downstairs to upgrade to a suite which the upgrade charge was pretty pricey but I wasn’t going to stay in that room. The room was nice but the toilet was loose, the shower took over 10 mins to get hot and would flood. The worst was that on our last day there the ac broke! Woke up sweating they didn’t have another suite so wanted to move us to a standard room at...

"I always enjoy my stay, staff is nice and friendly. Plus the have a Cafe downstairs, for breakfast and lunch. This is my go to spot when I stay in Atlantic City."

"The Valet staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was rude during check in. The room we reserved was hot as a sauna A.C. wasnt working. it was 90 degrees outside that day so you can imagine how hot it was in the room maintenance was notified. When they came the supervisor looked at the A.C. played with the wires then said it was fixed. Clearly it was not!! No air was coming out the vents and he tried to argue with my husband. It wasnt until my husband got very upset and threaten...

"Clean room and facility, amenities weren't that much. only encountered the staff from check in and the next is check out. outside of the facility was too noisy. and no hot water ran the whole stay"

"No hand soap in the bathroom, television did t work so we had to switch rooms. Asked for washcloths and towels but didn't get them until the next business day. The location is nice by the beach."

"Disgusting beyond. There were crack heads smoking out in front of us. Loud all night. Also Prostitutes! The room was the most dirtiest place we ever stayed at. Honestly it would have been safer and cleaner to have slept in the beach"
