"Yes, this is the place to enjoy your stay around Anchorage. Close to everything without the noise. Only advice is to make sure you have a SUV or something with good clearance as roads leading to property are more rural."

Very centrally located to everything you need to get to in Anchorage. We rented a car for longer excursions but if you just want to stay in the city, you can uber just about everywhere for less than $15. We also walked to downtown a few times for museums. The host was super responsive, property was clean and quiet. House was well appointed...
