"This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also ."

"The room I was given was nothing like the photos. Bare walls with cracks and picture hooks. Stains on the walls in the bathroom. The sink was rocking around loose. All the furniture was aged and damaged. The lighting was commercial tube lighting like an office or a clinic. Dusty fan and window cover. Just an absolute disappointment."

"The hotel is run down and in a run down neighborhood. Furnishings are old and shabby. My family of six had 2 rooms for one night …. $960 ! Simply unbelievable — I realize it’s Anchorage in early June and even a third rate hotel might get that rate… but paying that rate for this dump was painful ! NOTE: They say they have an airport shuttle. I called as soon as we got our bags and they said they’d be there In “10 minutes”. During the next 45 minutes I called twice again, and finally they told...

"Our first room the door wouldn’t latch, so they switched us to the second room and heater didn’t work , finally the third room was good , except no remote for the TV !"
