We liked this place. Our room was clean and fairly large. There is a small cafe next to the lobby where we enjoyed a salad, burger and a beer. This hotel is walkable to the museum, shopping and ship creek.

Good price for a very clean room and comfortable bed. The surrounding area is sketchy and the front desk staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the transient nature of some of the guests. But for a quick overnight stay, it was fine. We slept well.

Clean, comfy room with nice new furniture and a very well appointed bathroom, but super unhelpful desk staff, besides 1 young lady, everyone else, specially at night time, was super unhelpful and wouldn't even try to hide how unbothered and unwilling to help they were. Room was clean and well stocked. Newly remodeled room and building. Conveniently located downtown. Secure neighborhood. Hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and prompt. Only areas needing improvement were hotter water temperature of water out of shower and better perimeter security. An exterior door was noted to be ajar at one point. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Unfortunately, our bathroom was not cleaned. It seemed like they cleaned the room but forgot about the bathroom. Upon entering we saw hair all over the floor and the shower. There was someone’s used towel hanging on the hook. The staff was nice texting us and asking if we needed anything else but once I mentioned that our bathroom is not cleaned, they stopped responding. For the amount paid, a clean room is the least we can ask for.
