"Checking was unsatisfactory. We are given two double bed which we had initially requested in basement with a far location from the main lobby with poor visibility. After requesting change was given two king bed rooms one of the room did not have working air-conditioning while other did not have working coffee machine. Did not have even teabags or coffee left in the room. After complaining the manager relocated to other two double bed room, which they initially said was not available, however,...
