This hotel is close. We need to make a new reservation in another hotel. We lost our money. This hotel looks an old house. The neighbors said that this hotel closet because the government close for safety and healthy problems.

Arrived to the location only to be told it was not a hotel, b&b or place to stay. Family living there stated was not first time someone showed up to stay. Beware of fraudulent address used.

This place is a scam. Expedia should consider removing it from the list. Payment is non refundable and staff does not pick up the phone after receiving payment. I had to make a second booking at another location because no one replied to calls or texts at this place

Es Una estafa en toda regla . Llegamos al hotel j y segun nos dijeron a nosotros y al taxista que nos llevo que hacia semanas que estaba cerrado y que el propietario estaba en la carcel. Asi que tengo pagada una estancia en el TURGANAIN INN y hemos tenido que improvisar y buscar de nuevo. Espero ls devolución. Mas los gastos del taxi. Saludos. PD. Tomar nota de bloquear este establecimiento y que no pasen la angustia que pasamos mi mujer y yo ayer dia 1 con el tema este.

This is a scam. We arrived to the listed property shortly after midnight and no one would answer the phone to let us in. A local asked if we were having problems getting in, said the knew the owner and called them for us. The owner proceeded to tell us that the previous manager of the property was booking rooms and pocketing the money. The worst part was trying to find a room at 1am.

This is a scam. Expedia refuses to take responsibility for the fact that this guy is ripping people off using their platform. They say they can only ask him to provide a refund. As if he will do that when the property does not exist. Expedia does not do proper due diligence when listing properties. They are a security risk for making payments through their platform. Do not book here. I paid additional to have a shuttle pick us up from the bus from Whittier. I called multiple times and the call went right to voicemail. We ubered to the property where no one was there anyplace. We called Expedia and they could not contact the property manager either. We had to book elsewhere. If we could give negative stars, we would.

DON’T BOOK THIS PROPERTY! IT’S A SCAM. will rate this property -10 stars if I could. We were unable to stay at this property. When we arrived at the listed address, the property owner Rot told us that the person who listed it no longer had permission to rent it and that the property was no longer operating as an Airbnb. As a result, we had to find and pay for another hotel at the last minute. I have reported this incident to Expedia and requested a refund. I hope Expedia investigates this listing to help prevent other travelers from experiencing the same issue.

Literally a scam? Or closed location? Booked this place back in February and they said they would pick us up from the airport. Bring us to the day of our trip and they’re missing in action. We took a Lyft to the location and no answer at the door. We could see people inside ignoring us. Took a long time to get compensation from Expedia. We were stranded in the middle of the night and had to find somewhere else to stay for nearly double the price. Extremely poor experience.
