"The main pool had not been cleaned at all in the 3 days that we were there. There was tons and tons of things from trees floating everywhere in the pool. It was so bad that myself and other guest asked for a net so that we could clean up. But there wa sjust so much that it awful."

"This place was dirty and very old and dated! The pull out sofa mattress was full of stains, we asked for another room. They accommodated that, but in the second room the sheets were stained and the bathroom was filthy (with the exception of the toilet- it was the ONLY clean thing in the entire room!) We could not leave this place fast enough- we didn't even bring anything in before we left!!! I do not recommend for the cleanliness. - the 2 ladies at the desk that I spoke with were very nice,...

"The bed was clean and the room was quiet. So it served the purpose. But very spartan overall. They did not clean my room after the first night. The staff on duty said it was because I was not there to open the door. Duh. Very awkward approach to the property due to one-way roads."

"The room was awful, stains on the furniture and carpets, hardly any equipment in the cupboards, no coffee/tea bags for the coffee machine, the fridge freezer was rusty all down the front. There was one bar of soap and one shampoo for a 4 day stay. The towels and bedding were clean. Nothing alluring about this hotel except the location. "

"Local dive... not recommended for travelers. More or less its there for those who are experiencing difficulties and families and individuals struggling with homelessness. Local drug dealers addicts and those who live the lifestyle that comes with that sorta cultural cycle of life. Pet friendly yes~ deposits required . Staff nice youg lady told me " it is what it is" when after explaining how there were only 2 towels and 1 was cloth for 2 ppl. There are no bedspreads used and roomservices...

"Worst stay i ever been in recent times"

"This is the worst motel I've ever stayed in. We rented 3 rooms in total for one night because we wanted to enjoy Clearwaterbeach, BIG MISTAKE! The rooms smelled horrible! There were holes in the walls, mold in the bathrooms with visible water damage. The floors were dirty, the linens were filthy, towels dingy and stained. THERE WERE LIVE ROACHES running around and my son had 2 (what we think were)fleas on him. We spent WAY too much money to sleep in a place worse than a dumpster. "

"My family of 5 stayed here to watch a few Blue Jays spring training games. An easy walk to and from TD Park. There is a walking path that is connected from the hotel straight to the park - super convenient and safe! The staff at the hotel were amazing! Super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"
