Pool and the Pool Staff Andy very careing and friendly

Having travelled to over 10 countries, Raffles Jakarta was easily the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel itself was spacious and well designed. The highlight was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They went beyond the usual pleasantries and actually wanted to have proper conversations, showing genuine interest. Would happily return the next time I am in Jakarta.

Nice location, had a good view when I look out at the window from my room, having a good breakfast (really enjoy my meals, sit in the outdoor part of the resto looking down the road), nice gym facilities, quiet place to refresh myself

This is a very nice hotel Room are big and the what ever you want is enough Good for family It’s great The breakfast is marvelous Simply it’s very very good

5 star service across the board ! Thank you !

The Staff were oustanding, room was superb and the food at the lounge which was included in my package was out of this world.

Nice hotel in a good location in Mangga Dua. The hotel is looking a little dated but actually there was renovation work going on. The price was good and included an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly!

Big spacious room and overall good hotel and service. Excellent breakfast. Location is close to Ciputra World which has a mall but need to take a cab ride and thus not convenient.

Staff and amenities.

Hotel is good for Kelapa Gading area we have stayed in Wizz, Harris and Cabin Hotels and El hotel is best value for money. Plus nice large foyer/ entrance area with a separate bar. Room are a bit dated and poorly lighting ours had a bath and hand held shower, i would of preferred a walk in shower.

This hotel is nearly perfect in all respects. The location in travel from airport and offices/ malls is so convenient. The apartment is beautiful , spacious and has all the necessary stuff to make you feel at home. The breakfast is spot on and well prepared too. Absolutely no reason to complaint. The staff is always cheerful and helpful and completely unobtrusive. The event organized on 17th august was done exceedingly well and the enthusiasm of the people running the event was so wonderful and...
