"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. Stunning bedrooms and very quiet. Superb location and only about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Lovely buffet...

The staff were amazing, polite, friendly and were super accommodating of my partners gluten allergy giving her a separate gluten free breakfast every morning. Rooms were spacious, tidy and super comfortable. Location was really conscientious with a nice walk into the centre with amazing food and drink options nearby. Would definitely stay again next time I visit Seville!!"

"The place was very clean. Staff were very courteous. We rented a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in living room. Sofa bed was comfortable. It was very convenient to have a kitchenette. Washer/dryer was available although hours are very limited but we still appreciated having it available to us. It was ~ 20 min walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar for me but only a couple of blocks to Setas. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. Pool was open but we didn’t get to use it as weather was not hot...

"Stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a really good experience. The apartment was squeaky clean when we arrived, and the location is prime. Everything we wanted to do in Sevilla was easy to get to, which made the trip a lot more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and pretty responsive whenever we needed something. We requested extra towels a couple of times, but it did take a while for them to be delivered. Also, keep in mind that WhatsApp support is only available from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM,...

"The Ocean Drive Hotel in Seville opened in April 2024, so it is just under two years old. However, for the price you pay, it feels surprisingly worn. Fixtures are uneven, the shower is falling apart, clogged shower and basic amenities are missing. You have to ask for everything, slippers, blankets and even then, it is not well organised. At arrival, the male staff member who assisted me was very unprofessional, as he spoke about me in front of me, which felt rude and unnecessary. The other staff...

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"What a lovely hotel. Beautiful rooms and baths- we give the overhead shower a 10 out of 10. The staff is so helpful and the rooftop restaurant is a beautiful spot for views and drinks. The location is excellent with walkability to the Palace and Cathedral and a fabulous set of bars and restaurants nearby in plaza Alfalfa. Loved this hotel!"
