"8 nights in room 805. Great location right in Provenza, walking distance to dozens of restaurants, and the rooftop Terraza Martini on floor 13 is a genuine highlight (we had our first dinner there). Breakfast at Linze was great, with a lot of local options to choose from plus made-to-order omelettes, a really strong start to each day. Staff were responsive on WhatsApp before arrival, gave us a high floor as requested, and arranged our 3:30 AM airport transfer smoothly. Soundproofing held up despite being steps from the nightlife. Would stay again."

"Todo Perfecto 5 estrellas y el personal muy amable atento y servicial y las habitaciones perfectas hermosas y muy espaciosas y muy tranquilas de q vuelvo vuelvo y grx por ser tan buenos anfitriones lo único q deberían tener canales por cable super importante hasta los hoteles baratos en el centro tienen solo una opinión pero excelente y mas todo éxito y bendiciones"

"The breathtaking views of the river/reservoir of Guatapé are well presented as a backdrop of the Brown hotel. The restaurant felt upscale and the unlimited delicious breakfast and dinner did not disappoint. Get the breakfast included in your package -it’s a GREAT VALUE. Diego our server at the lobby level restaurant was outstanding - anticipating our needs before we even articulated them. We did a beautiful tour of the reservoir and a tour to climb the Piedra Del Peñol and see the small city in Guatape -Gabriel was an excellent tour guide. I enjoyed The Brown so much I’m honestly considering coming back for my 50th next year for a few days with friends. The room was a little small but who cares when you have a large balcony with breathtaking views of the river. The food, vibe, and atmosphere didn’t disappoint. Also what a beautiful gym. Go here - you’ll feel like you found a best kept secret!!"
