"I did the check-in upon arrival to the hotel. I was assigned room 117 and given the key. I entered the room with the key. A few minutes later two ladies entered my room with another key. We were all very surprised. We proceded to the counter and no explanation or apology was given. The other ladies were given another room.
After that I didn't feel safe in my room.
Additionally, there was a wedding that evening and the music went on until late and could be heard loudly in my room."

"Amazing hotel! The view from the rooms was so nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable. Breakfast buffet was really good, it was a full buffet with hot food too. Would 100% come back to this hotel. Easy to get to the Piedra and downtown Guatape in the motochivas from hotel."
