"Our room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our requests. The breakfast was great with a large selection of fresh, local foods. The bar area was nice and we met some other fellow travelers and had good conversations and drinks. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed our time in Munich."

"Good clean room. Code entry worked well. Bed was comfy. The only slight issue was that the cleaning staff knocked on the door and entered the room twice, once around 9am and once around 10am. It did not appear necessary to me as I was due to check out at 11am the same day, check in is not until 3pm for the next guest."

"Excellent breakfast buffet. Knowlegeable courteous front desk staff. The location is excellent, a five-minute walk to the Marienplatz. This is an excellent hotel, what I think used be called a pension. Not fancy, but up-to-date, quiet, very clean, and well-located."

"In der ersten Nacht (von drei) ließ sich die Klimaanlage nicht abstellen - auch nicht durch den Aus-Klopf: Nach wenigen Minuten sprang sie wieder an und blies eiskalte Luft auf Kopfhöhe Richtung Bett. Nach dreimaligem Bericht an der Rezeption, kam lediglich jemand mit einem Heizlüfter, was natürlich keine Lösung war. Wir haben dann mit den Köpfen am Fußende geschlafen. Am nächsten Tag kam nach erneutem Nachfragen ein sehr kompetenter Techniker, der das Problem zum Glück lösen konnte. Er hat...
