There wasn't anyone at the hotel to answer questions and I had to call a number to get buzzed into the building. "The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."
