"Not what I expected to be a resort. The room did not look as perfect like the picture online. I did not want to be on the side building We had to walk upstairs to 3rd floor. I rather been in the main building…I’ve gotten my car towed because I did not know where to park thought I parked in the right place. The outdoor pool was wonderful for my kids. "

"The rooms are very old and outdated. Our bathroom door wouldn't even shut. Carpet is disgusting. There's a mold in the corner in the shower above. The ceiling is tons of mold and mildew on the balcony of the right hand side look like it was falling off. it's definitely disconnected from the wall. All of the dishes were sticky. The view has a crane in it. There's no luggage rack."

"The kids loved the pool and the water slides. The room was decent and clean but nothing special and felt dated. The balcony could use some more comfortable chairs. One of the elevators was broken for a few days so getting up and down to the room was a hassle. They advertise that towels and garbage is changed daily which they did. When checking in there was a note that if you want full service with linen change they would accommodate with 24 hours notice. After asking for such they left sheets on the bed and nothing more. I also requested more shampoo and toilet paper be sent to the room. They said ok and then just never showed. When I asked again their response was it’s at the front desk. Overall the place is 3 stars. Don’t go here expecting service of one of the local Hiltons or Marriott’s because you will be disappointed."

"We were sick when there. It was awful! But the staff were so kind! They even came and gave an extra cleaning when they didn’t have to. They were so sweet! This was our 2nd time staying here, & it was wonderful again. "

"The resort itself was fantastic. The views, the pools, cleanliness, hospitality, was all wonderful. The beds on the other hand, a completely different story. The beds were beyond "firm" like sleeping on a rock perhaps, after the first night, my spouse and i resorted to sleeping on the sleeper sofa, not much better as it was not comfortable either but better than the bed itself"
