"When I walked into lobby I didn’t receive a welcoming feeling. Both people at front desk were busy scrolling on their phones. Finally one said hello but didn’t offer to assist with the check in. The other person looked up from her phone and asked if she could help me. The direction to the parking were not clear. The introduction to the hotel amenities was not clear Otherwise I was pleased with hotel "
"It was wonderful being right on the beach. Listening to the waves, a beautiful sunrise view over the ocean, from the balcony. Such easy access from the room to the beach and pools. Loading / unloading and parking was very organized and convenient. "

"This place is the best setting!! Right on the beach! We loved watching all the traffic in the evening and enjoyed the music. I was there for work and the noise from the street didn't bother me sleeping. I had two of my grands who live in Charleston come up for a night. We beached it, shopped, ate great seafood, went to a water park and walked the pier!! Would def stay again. The parking was a pain but the garage was really close. "
"The staff is very accomadating. The hotel was built in the 40's which provides plaster walls that keep the noise level room to room and outside to a minimum. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare grilled, baked and microwave meals. Towels, face clothes, soap and dish towels are replenished immediately as you use them. Outstanding and pleasantly surprised as the location is 1 block back from the beach but has views from the front rooms. "
