"The breakfast was wonderful and everything was very fresh. The rooms were clean, but to keep the airplane noise down, it is necessary to keep the windows closed--which leads to a warm room as the night progresses. The pillows they provide are rock hard and, hopefully, they listened to our recommendation and have changed them to ones that are more comfortable. They offer water from a 5-gallon bottle from which you can fill up a large glass jug they provided in the rooms. The grounds are enormous...

"This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. To use the jacuzzi, we had to give 4 hours' notice, but it was a delightful...
