"Our stay at the Hotel Oro Verde was truly memorable. The service was impeccable, and the quality of the rooms, the restaurants, and the hotel in general was fabulous. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and we were truly impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the entire staff. We especially want to highlight three people: first, Sabrina at the front desk made us feel right at home, always attentive and kind, helping us whenever we needed anything. Second, Elian, a young and enterprising team member who was everywhere in the hotel, always providing impeccable service and aspiring to make hospitality his profession. And finally, María José, the front desk manager, who kindly sent some sweets and a soda to our room, making us feel truly special. It was our first time at Oro Verde, but we’ll definitely return to stay there whenever we come back to Cuenca."
