Rooms were clean and comfortable and their included breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious. The location from Plaza de Armas was reasonable. About a 20 minute walk from the hotel. "We had an amazing stay at the Sonesta Hotel. The staff spoke English which was very helpful for us. Our room was so clean and comfortable.
We asked the staff for a 2pm checkout instead of 12pm and they gladly accepted.
Breakfast was amazing, very good food and lots to choose from. We ate breakfast a little late and we appreciated that there was still a lot of food left.
I would really recommend staying here!"
"I've been a loyal guest of this hotel for more than 15 year; I love it... location, staff, food, etc; however this time I suffered a bad experience (my first in all these years) with renovations ongoing... sometimes they should simply not use rooms adjacent to those under heavy, day long works. I suffered a whole day of hammering and demolition (probably the bathroom) of the room above mine... a complete torture"
