"Check-in was delayed as the desk person let a Hispanic speaking women cut in front of me in line to be served first with no explanation as to why. Then as we walked down the hallway to our room a lady was passed out on a bench. Later that night when we returned after dinner that same lady had defecated on the bench and floor. The smell was horrific. We called the front desk to inform them and also let them know we had no hot water. The desk told us to run the water for 10-15 minutes to get...
