"This a great place, a lot of charm; clean and we loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast and the front desk staff. My only complaint is housekeeping, they did not pass by the room once during our 3 day stay and with 2 adults and three kids they’re things we needed like towels and toilet paper and when we went to request these items were met with rudeness like we were inconveniencing them, very disheartening especially since everything else was great!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, and the hotel smelled really fresh and nice. The hotel has a modern and beautiful atmosphere, and the staff were all friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The location is great—very convenient and close to the Navy Yard and the river, which made it easy to explore the area.
Valet parking was a little expensive, especially since the price depends on the size of the vehicle, plus taxes. Breakfast at Surveyor was also a bit pricey.

"I have no issues whatsoever with this Hyatt. I had a late check-in and the front desk staff were welcoming, friendly and accomodating. The young lady at the desk explained their policies and procedures perfectly and politely. The room was clean and inviting. I used the gym and the gym was clean; the equipment is new. Oh and I had the complimentary breakfast.. and it was amazing! My entire stay was honestly a 10/10."
