"Our room was located on bottom floor. Between the noise from guest above us and city noise, we didn't sleep very well. They only offer coffee in the lobby. They did offer breakfast before covid. It would be nice to bring it back. Our mini fridge was stuck on freeze mode and almost froze my insulin before I saw it had been turned all the way up! In the bathroom the toilet was low to the ground causing a trip to the toilet an experience. When taking a shower, water temp very nice, but the shower...

I’m not sure what it is, but it’s gritty… had to scrape it off just to make the eggs edible. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. I had to move the couch a bit so that I could get the pull out bed ready and there was trash underneath the couch. Also, the TV didn’t work. "Best hotel I’ve stayed in at tri cities so far. Room was clean, bed was cozy, and the jetted tub in the room was so nice and relaxing."

"Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....
