"Lovely, helpful staff at this hotel. If you appreciate a hard mattress, this is your hotel! It was clean, although a touch of possible mold growing at the base of the ADA shower. The switch from overhead shower to hand held was absolutely out of my reach to switch over, which was frustrating for me. Otherwise, a nice stay!"

"First impression at front desk, the employee was hygien challenged, dirty, greasy hair, body odor. Front desk person not professional, lacked eye contact, was minimally helpful, I had to request addition room key, he only gave me one. The room was not stocked with enough towels, when I went to front desk to request more, I was told they were out. Also out of pool towels. We liked the pool for the kids. I would choose another hotel on Columbia in the future, very disappointed in our stay."

"We stayed 3 nights. The pros: the room was big, the bed was good enough, the tv and refrigerator worked, the staff interactions were pleasant, it was quiet enough. The cons: very limited amenities - no coffee maker, no hair dryer, no tissues. In the bathroom was a bar of soap, one little shampoo container, two bath towels, two hand towels, and one washcloth. The shower head delivered a limited stream of water - it took a long time to wash and rinse my hair. Although the kitchen area had two...

"Checked in on Friday afternoon, went to dinner and came back to discover that there was no cold water in our room. Went to bed thinking it would be better in am. It wasn't, the water was so hot that taking a shower was miserable. Had early baseball game, so when we return I went to front desk to inform them and they sent the maintenance person to our room. He informed us of the new upgrade to tank water system and there were issues with 3 other rooms and he couldn't fix it and had no solution....

We were charged for 3 nights in total even though we only stayed for one - after contacting Expedia with no response. The hotel staff was amazing - Ryan and Veronica were super helpful with a stressful situation."
