We booked the room for the same night and then tried to cancel within 5 minutes and no one would answer the front desk phone. Tried to use the contact is number and it would disconnect. Online said we couldn't cancel because it was already passed or check in time. What a hassle.

Our stay was wonderful. For us, it was a late night stay that was a half way point in our 11 hour journey. So much nicer than a hotel room. Quiet, clean spacious. The bed was so comfortable. Much better than a hotel bed. Coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Everything you could need. LOVED it!
