"Lovely hotel, in a super location! Staff were helpful, happy and always available. Room was kept clean and was very comfortable. I didn't use the pool during my stay, but it looked as though people really enjoyed it. Would stay here again!"

"Great comfortable room- nice gym, great to have laundry service , pool, in the basement there’s a microwave and access to hot water .also nice they have an optional breakfast. The cleaners here were so helpful"

"The Hotel was centrally located but we didn’t feel safe with the unhoused right outside the hotel. Rooms were cleaned but the carpet in the hallways needed to be cleaned."

"Room was fine. Advertised online that it has either a bathtub or shower. Checked in and requested a bathtub before booking and check in but they only had them in upgraded rooms. Advertising on hotels is definitely misleading. Small room, central and close to a lot of public transits. Cheap price for the area though."

"Tout etait merveilleux. Tout s’est bien déroulé sauf peut être au moment du chek out. On nous a facturé 210$ de consommations non - utilisées de mini bar. Un simple courriel et tout est entré dans l'ordre. Je félicite la rapidité de reponse et l'efficacité du personnel"

"The only issie I had was that you can hear the people in the next room talking. So it was hard to get to sleep. The walls seem "thin" in this hotel. Stayed here before and same thing. Could almost hear the conversation. City noise is always an issue but thats not the hotels fault. A garbage truck doing something woke me up at 4:30am. Loud banging and glass breaking for about an hour. Wasnt sure what it was. Other than that, the place was clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Riom was a good temperature. The staff is super friendly. Ill continue to use this hotel."
