Charming property centrally located. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Inner rooms are completely silent given its central location. Near to all the major sights. Would easily recommend.

It’s clear the building is very old. They have an issue with the AC system meaning not all rooms have cool air. They try and remedy this with a fan but in France in the summer it’s just not good. Credit to the nice staff who tried to help but there’s nothing they can do. I’d avoid and stay somewhere more capable of having guests

The architectural details in the building are lovely. It was positioned well for walking to the heart of the city. We didn't like our room. We had stairs up to the bathroom , the view out into the yard was tatty, and we only had one stirring stick for our teas and coffees.

Bel hôtel

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Le hall d'entré, les couloirs et surtout la salle du restaurant avec ses mosaïques sont trrs beau. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. La chambre est un peu petite et la salle de bain vraiment petite.

Bien situé !

Chambre spacieuse propre Bouilloire et cafetière Peignoir et chausson Bel établissement d’époque, bien situé en plein centre. Restaurant agréable et plat délicieux (poulet) Personnel charmant Situé dans une zone où stationner est impossible. Soit parking hôtel (25€ la nuit cher mais pratique) ou petites rue au alentours bien moins chers en parque mètre, ne pas hésiter à tourner, chercher.

Dommage l'absence de clim...

L'hotel est parfaitement situé. Maintenant, un hotel 4* sans clim...tres suprenant. Je tiens a preciser que j'ai quand meme ete prevenu par tel en amont donc aucun reproche au personnel. La chambre est spacieuse mais donnant sur le boulevard donc impossible d'aérer la chambre et le ventilo ne suffisait pas (peut etre songer a un ventilo + haut de gamme...). Il faisait 6/7 degre de + dans la chambre que dans le couloir... Salle de bain récente et bonne literie. Le prix du Petit Dej (22€) n'est pas justifié.

Sehr schönes Hotel** an guter Lage Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (Réception, Zimmer, Bar!!) **Auf den zweiten Blick aber doch eher in die Jahre gekommen => - das Wasser im Badezimmer ist nicht abgelaufen - der Wasserdruck in der Badewanne-Dusche war sehr bescheiden - die manuelle Storenbedienung war defekt - der sehr schmale Lift ist lärmig und nicht gerade vertrauenswürdig (bei Platzangst bitte die Treppen hoch steigen). -Trotz kleiner Entschädigung/Geste (Dankeschön !) war es sehr ungemütlich, dass ausgerechnet bei diesen sehr hohen Temperaturen die Klimaanlage total ausfiel…an den beiden Vortagen hatten wir bei derselben Hotelkette bereits dasselbe Problem => Totalausfall Klimaanlage….und das arme Personal vor Ort muss dann die verärgerten Gäste besänftigen!

Goed verblijf in Angers.

Mooie kamer voor mindervalide maar op een paar details na is de badkamer goed aangepast ... Restaurant heeft een BEPERKTE kaart die wel lekker is. Ventilatie en koelkastje in de slaapkamer. Hotel is zéér centraal gelegen.

Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Pas de climatisation pendant deux jours , alors qu’il faisait plus de 30 degrés. Aucune communication en amont, une grille du faux plafond qui se détache à 4h du mat, aucune solution proposée… et même pas un geste commercial – pas même le petit déjeuner ou parking offert. Pour un établissement de ce standing, c’est tout simplement inacceptable !!!!!

Hôtel confortable en plein centre ville. Le parking est pratique. Le petit-déjeuner, sous forme de buffet est généreux. Par contre le restaurant ferme trop tôt, à 20h50, il n'est plus possible d'y manger contrairement à la proposition de l'accueil
