"The hotel was clean and comfortable, with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast (best croissants I have tasted in a long time), and they provided bags etc. for grab-and-go. Basic amenities were provided for self catering - I would recommend that the hotel replace the coffee table in the room with a small dining or bistro table."

"You always know what you're going to get staying at an Ibis. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also in good order. General hot beverage station in the room and wardrobe space were adequate. The location is fairly good, just outside the train station, with a couple of amazing food trucks just outside for dinner options. You're a short walk or bus ride away from the main sights in the city."

"Stayed at The Fellows House Cambridge, part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The location is excellent, close enough to the city centre to walk everywhere but still quiet enough to feel relaxed. We were travelling with our 15-month-old and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the stay, which made a big difference. "We had difficulty in regulating the temperature in our room as this can be controlled only by making a request to reception. It would be preferable if guests were able to regulate the temperature from their own room."

"Cleaning the room is only done if you explicitly ask for it at the reception each and every day! And you have to ask them for fresh towels. The bedlinen was never changed during our stay. This is rather cheapskate for a £ 147 per night hotel. "

"It did what it said on the tin! Clean, welcoming, very comfy bed, bottle of water, proper milk and perfect location for us. Glad I took earplugs as a tad noisy outside (t’was the WE though). Ate dinner there too, which suited us to a T. "

"The bed was far too small - I didn't get a decent night's sleep there due to that. There was a power socket on only one side of the bed - very inconvenient. The wi-fi was very good but very fiddly to connect to. We were charged to park there - this is just grasping. The single lift was glacially slow. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant apart from the woman on reception when we checked out - she was abrupt to the point of rudeness."

"Room was dated. Curtains off hooks, dirty marks on carpet and window ledges dirty/ dusty. Most disappointing was the condition of the bed. Both my husband and I are a small build and lightweight and could feel the springs in the mattress. Also the bed was like sleeping on a trampoline if either one of us moved. The heating in the bathroom was permanently on so we had to sleep with the window door open . The Roman blind was also difficult to put down so gave up. Staff at reception were...
