"Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating despite it coming towards end of season, room was spacious but could have been cleaner. The shower was amazing, great water pressure. Air con was loud but worked well. Loved the balcony and views of the sea, but the beach wasn’t very nice so we stuck to the pool, which was huge (and cold) but closed early. "Good room, spacious and fairly clean. Modern decor. I asked for a dream box as the tv tuner didn’t seem to work. Balcony in room 122 was probably the smallest I’d seen. We had the breakfast option and, all I’d say is, go early as it got (gets) very crowded. Food options were ok, nothing special and didn’t feel 5-star. I ordered an omelette and is was ok. "The Best Western Plus Larco Hotel is overrated. It's outside the city center (30 to 40 minutes on foot), the rooms are tiny and certainly not what you would expect of a hotel that is rated 4 stars, the breakfast is ordinary and repetitive. They also have a nickel and dime attitude that is deplorable. As an example, they give you one litre of water the first day that you arrive, but want you to pay for it starting on the second day.
