Beautiful property that gives you a real cultural experience in Cyprus. The apartments are very well kept and to a high standard. Communication from the property owner was also very prompt and helpful. The village is also very charming, with friendly local people and brilliant restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend - thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Ok. So my GPS showed me how to get from the airport to this place and drove into a road constrution stop. Could not find another way. Called cristos and he met me to the back roads right away. This is my second time, and i just love this place. The owners are so warm and helpful. This place is in a mostly traditional style of architecture with all of the conveniences of home. I will be back the next time.

This was a beautifully rebuilt traditional home in the village of agios Theodoros. A more quieter settings with great details. The feel is like stepping back in time with modern convenience. The caretakers are super nice and communication with them is fast and accommodating. This is a special place. I will definitely stay there again upon my return. My congratulations to the owners of there wonderful restore. OPA!

Very happy

We had a lovey holiday , peaceful village. Clean apartment, with all your home comforts. Spacious studio and easy parking opposite. If you want a quiet village experience away from noise and chaos, it’s a perfect place. A car is essential. Christos was very polite and helpful which added to a pleasant stay.

Superbe appartement !

L’appartement est charmant ! Le propriétaire Chris est au petit soin avec ses locataires et est venu régulièrement déposer du linge propre et des serviettes. Le cadre est charmant. L’appartement est tout équipé et est situé à 8mn de l’autoroute, dans un village très calme. Je recommande vivement !

große Enttäuschung

Der Besitzer hat die gleiche Wohnung (Suite) zwei mal vermietet. Da wir später gekommen sind, wurde die Wohnung an das erste Paar gegeben. Wir wollten da unsere erste Nacht nach der Hochzeit verbringen und waren sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe schon mich schriftlich beschwert und bis jetzt habe ich keine Antwort sowohl von dem Besitzer als auch von Hotels.com

A gem in a quant village

Nicely decorated, quant courtyard had a great kiln styled BBQ. Easy parking and there is a supermarket at the same junction that you come off to get to the apartments. Kitchen is well equipped and the layout of the studio is very good.

Beautifully renovated old stone house in a village

A small property of only 4 very comfortable rooms arranged around a courtyard. Lovingly rebuilt and managed as an Agro Tourism by the owner. Spacious room with dining table, lounge area, fully fitted kitchen, free WiFi. Excellent condition, tastefully furnished. Only 8km from the sea and 4km from the motorway the village of Agios Theodors is a gem hidden in a valley between the busy seaside resorts of Limassol and Larnaca. In post-season October the property was booked by older couples, and no family noises spoiled the peaceful atmosphere. After a couple of hours at the coffee shop you know everybody in the village - and everybody knows you. If you do not need a pool, a beach at your doorstep or the buzz of a seaside town this is paradise.

Totale landestypische Unterkunft im kleinen Dorf

Sehr schön gepflegtes Ferienanlage mit 4 Appartements. Eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Lage jedoch Drumherum nur Schutt und zerfallene Häuser. Manko ist die Anonymität in dem kleinen Hof. In unser Zimmer konnten alle Bewohner reinschauen das empfanden wir als etwas unangenehm. Vermieter total lieb und hilfsbereit. Sehr saubere Anlage. Im Ort kann Mann absolut landestypische Küche genießen. Schöne einsame Strände muss man suchen aber wir haben welche gefunden. Ein Traum war das schnorcheln am Governors Beach mit unzähligen Meeresschildkröten in handnähe.

Sehr authentisch, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, absolute Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tavernen etc. Auto ist hier allerdings ein Muss.

Everything was fine, I recommend this accomodation for everyone. The owner is very helpful and friendly. It was clean and quiet, furnitures are nice, the only problem was waiting a little for hot water before showering, but the situation is the same in any place of the island, because they warm water on the roof of houses. You will need car to get the beach and interesting places outside of the village.

Lovely, peaceful getaway

The apartment was lovely and looked just like the photos - clean, beautiful, comfortable, and inviting! The owner of the apartment, Christos, was kind and immediately met any requests or needs that we had. The apartment was in walking distance from a small supermarket, a coffee shop, and three local cuisine restaurants. We highly recommend!

Nice all-You-need apartment

Family two children in apartm 2 bedrooms. Well equiped kitchen, OK furtintured in small calm village with cozy atmosphere. If You need service You must ask for it but it did not bother us. Only 4 apartms in the hotel. Safe and kind Environment. Take Your rental care from the Airport and discover fantastic beaches. Start with "Govenors Beach"! A day in Nicosia for small shops and go into Turkey (bring passports) is a warm day but Worth it. EAT LOCAL FOOD and enjoy very good vine......

It was central to reaching major places

The points as per the hotel rating, but further the uniquness of the accommodation. Situated close to amenities. Also not far from the main intersection highway to reach the mjaor cities and not to far either for the beach. The people of the family were very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and returned for a furher night at the end of our break before returning to Dubai for South Africa. I woiuld love to return,thank you Christo, Mrs G Wlson and MrDF Wilson
