"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. I was sat in reception alone (in the dark as the light kept going off) and served a bowl of pasta with chopped up smoked salmon and cheese, a dry crepe and a terrible packaged flan. "Nous avons passé une nuit reposante dans cette magnifique maison style art nouveau, où nous avons été accueilli par Florence, une femme vraiment adorable. Un lit confortable, pleins de petites attentions et un petit déjeuner exquis avec des produits locaux (d'ailleurs, les pâtisseries ont conquis tout le monde !) La maison étant non loin du vieux Angers, nous avons pu visiter la ville sans prendre la voiture. Un avantage pour flâner tranquillement ! Merci Florence pour ce moment délicieux !"

"Room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed and good shower. No air con which was difficult in the 40c heat but we had fans. They should mention that in the advertising! Breakfast was one of the best ever with amazing choice and quality of food. Staff were exemplary in every way. The pool was lovely. Definitely coming back but when it’s cooler!"

"We neglected to get parking instructions, so we parked on the street and had to drag our luggage a couple of blocks. Ask for the name of the underground parking almost right at their door. I can't recall the name of the front desk guy, but he was the most delightful Indian young man. "Nous n'avions pas forcément eu la chambre la plus au calme mais nous avons passé une excellente nuit. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré ( pas de yaourt en pot mais en vrac, pas de brioche ni mini -crêpes comme dans d'autres établissements de cette catégorie. Emplacement parfait. Nous reviendrons."

"Je dois changer de chambre car celle de la chambre donnee a ete forcee au pied de biche. Communs minables peinture ecaillee, dechets, les chariots a linge trainent dehors sous la pluie...personnel aimable mais blase car les gens mecontents doivent etre legion"
