"Very nice stay. Would stay again when back in the area"

"The parking was good and the staff were very nice but the facility felt dirty, the garbages didn’t have bags in them, the breakfast was terrible…everything…and the worst part was the the elevator door almost crushed my husband. When entering, it would not stop trying to shut him in between the bell hop cart and the door. No matter how much we pressed the door open button or shove the doors to open, they fought my husband until will were able to shove my husband between the cart and the door...

"Breakfast was ok just not as nice as last year. Staff was pleasant & polite. We didn’t have wash cloths for 3 days. Outlet in the bathroom needed changed out as the plugs just fall out of it. Maintenance came, didn’t switch out the outlet, but the upper plug in worked better. I really like this hotel because the restaurant within the hotel has great food & the bar area is really nice. We stayed last year & really liked it, but I’m not sure we will go back next year."

"Recently remodeled but rooms are small, bathroom shower was dirty, and they only give you two towels for a room that sleeps four. No hot breakfast. There was coffee. Staff wasn't present often. Parking was adequate. Elevatores were broken and they put us on the third floor. "

"I understand you get what you pay for, but you never should have to “pay” extra for attitude. The room we had was terrible and when we were one night into a 7 night stay we tried to cancel, but they said that there’s a no refund policy. "

"It is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Random stuff in the room was falling apart like the dresser, the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, you only get two flat pillows per bed. We spilled some water on the ground and used our hotel towels to soak it up and when we picked the towels back up, they were completely brown. The location is nice because of how close to everything it is. Internet doesn’t like to connect sometimes and will also tell you that you have too many devices on it....

"The most terrible experience the parking was full and I parked in the back I see a door close by and tried to bring my luggage in but I can’t. Later on when I’m in the room the guy on front desk go and treated me to cancel my room because he said I no supposed to use the door but they didn’t have signal to say anything that’s a exit door. And the room was dirty I need the manager contact me "

"Air condition worked fine. The room smelled bad/ Bathroom floor was dirty and not freshly cleaned. No proper locks on doors. Only one entrance is allowed to be used in the whole motel for entry. Not to mention in a dangerous area of Columbus. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"This place was filthy, the breakfast was just butter biscuits, the property around was dirty as well. We were moved to this hotel after our original room was given up by Expedia. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! Let’s not mention someone literally died here the night we stayed. There was a shooting outside our room and the victim unfortunately died. I did not feel safe here. It was a rough weekend to get through. "

"Terrible service. We paid a premium expecting a breakfast like the one shown on their website. When I went to inquire about it, a man started shouting at me, claiming I was lying and that I must have been looking at photos of a different hotel—not that one. I pointed out how illogical that was: why would I look at photos, make a reservation, and spend the night at a hotel if the pictures on the website actually belonged to a different place? It was ridiculous. And that wasn't even the worst...
