"The staff was fine but the place was overall a bit sketchy for me. Maybe it's common in Columbus (first time in the state), but I've never seen so much signage about "no guns" and "if you live within 3 miles you must show proof of needing emergency [housing]". Non-smoking room was less smokey than the rest of the motel, but generally everything smelled like smoke - the lobby was heavy with it as soon as I walked in. The door of my room had graffiti on the inside of it. The toilet had a couple dead bugs. The beds were clean, I looked thoroughly and no signs of bed bugs so that was good. I did kill another bug in the bathroom (Google image search with the photo I took said baby cockroach, but I can't be certain) before choosing to book another spot for the night.I don't normally write negative reviews and am quite tolerant of lower end motel/hotels but this was the first time I've ever had to abort and find a new place to stay for a night. :/"

"Great that breakfast was included but was not the best. Both days I had breakfast and both times they ran out of hot food took them a long time to replace. They were not on top of that at all. Floor had food on the ground underneath and around the tables as well. If I stay there again I will go out for breakfast"

"Decent size room, comfortable bed, convenient kitchen, adequate storage space for luggage and clothing. Room had larger fridge, two-burner cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. There was no TV remote, no forks, no cups in the bathroom, no lighting over the kitchen countertop, no pen or paper and the only tissue box was almost empty. One elevator seemed to be out of order. The coffee and snack bar in the lobby had all junk food and was overpriced. The reclining chair in the box was horribly uncomfortable. Staff was okay but not too friendly. They could speak up a little to their guests and smile more. It's definitely only a three-star hotel but it will do for a short stay."

"The whole experience was terrible starting with check-in as nobody was at the front desk for about 5-7 mins. the hotel and the room seem to be under renovation with no concern for the comfort or safety of the guests. the room has holes everywhere and needs repair (I took some pictures). there were no hand towels or wash clothes. The worse is that in the morning we were told there was no breakfast when it was supposed to be included with the reservation. Please reach out at (216)773-7997 for further details as no other guest should endure what we went through with this establishment."
