Hotel was great. Service was awful. I had to change my itinerary and stayed for only one night and got charged for 4 full nights. Spoke to staff who told me they would refund me for 2 nights and they never did. I would never stay at this hotel again. Stay away!

The good: Breakfast was a huge spread and very tasty. We saw people ordering as well. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were amazing and very accommodating and changed our room to a king, and brought us a folding bed for our daughter when we realized the standard was two twins and there was no way my husband and I would fit together. The bad: the restaurants and cafes were right outside and it was quite noisy. We could hear music and it was on a Wednesday. Our daughter went to swim in the pool but we learned that swim caps were required which she refused to wear.

I think this experience was one of the most disappointing. A pricey '5' star hotel but barely reaches a 3 star. The room is not properly maintained/cleaned, with dust and stained mirrors, the bathroom has loads of scale, not even near 5 star as I said. The bed and pillows uncomfortable, even though offering 3 types of pillows, still did not match expectations. I paid to have breakfast additionally, poor choice and not tasty, regretting this extra, does not worth the money. It was really the first time I experienced that. The only good thing was that it was close to the hospital and the staff was lovely. Do not think I will come back.

Terrible overall. Nasty Rooms. Super noisy. Even though we were there for a surgery, they put us right infront of the restaurant that plays loud music until 1am. Start barely knows English. Good luck calling multiple times to get things done

Staff barely speak any English. When we tried to call for room service, we were told to call the receptionist. And even when we put the order in it came in wrong. So i dont think even the receptionist got the order right. We used the pool and the spa facility once and there were sign of black mold everywhere! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel
