"Very run down rooms and old saggy beds with bright white lighting. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the hotel. The air conditioning was on all the time but the room was still hot. It was ok for one night for the price but I would not rush back there."

"Me and family enjoyed when stay in demonty hotel. Very closed shopping center and pedestrian street. Clean room, nice furnish and humble staff."

"The staff is very professional and helpful. For example, Elina spent more than half of an hour to help me fix my rental car issues by calling rental car company more than three time!"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Not a 5-star review because the housekeeping ignored the “do not disturb” sign and entered the room while we were still occupying it. We talked with a very friendly management and they said they’d have a discussion with the staff."

"Not the best but thankfully I only stayed one night. AC has a loud squeaky sound to it and kept waking us up at night. Fridge isn’t clean with a but of mold in it. Water wouldn’t go down the drain during/ after shower so we basically showered in a puddle that took forever to go down the drain. Not to mention, I requested a baby crib because it says that they have that option free of charge but when I got to the room and asked for it they said that the people who asked for it before us broke it...

"Overall it was a good, the location was perfect, stuff are very friendly we had a baby one of the receptionists was very kind; she even bought him a toy for our baby her name was (Ghamzeh) also, breakfast was perfect 👌, room was clean, my a/c was not working well I was in the room 511 we had 2 rooms but the other room was better 505, I recommend this hotel 🏨"
