Staff were fine, they let us check in early the first night, which was nice. The room was pretty clean, minus some weird stains around the bathroom (hair dye? Lipstick? Idk). Hotel is great, very clean, all of the staff are excellent, rooms are comfy and aren't cramped, and the bagel bar breakfast is great for kids with consistent safe options but for an adult; it's lacking. But we were pleased with the hotel as a whole
