"I absolutely loved my stay and experience from start to finish. I arrived in the morning, check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m., but Karol T. checked to see if my room was available and allowed early check-in. She was very positive, energetic, and a very good listener as I told her it was my first proper vacation in over five years and at the end of check-in gave me a bottle of wine on the house!
I received at text from Karol T. the next day checking in to see how everything was going and I happened to be having a minor issue with the hot water heater in my room. Ivan, from maintenance arrived in 20 minutes and took care of the issue quickly and with lots of care and concern.
A walk outside right onto the beach, my own table and chairs on the deck, and beach chairs and umbrella. Just perfect for the restful vacation I was seeking. Last but not least, the comfiest bed I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I will return. I found my little slice of heaven."
