"Although only for one night, we had a lovely and comfortable stay. Pat, the owner, checked in with us before we arrived…, to be sure we were set. Complimentary beverages and snacks were so welcome after a long day on the road. We crashed on the couch and nibbled before we called it a nite.(just right mattress and pillows). In the morning (shower was great) we had good choices from the laid out continental breakfast. Nicole, the manager, welcomed us and asked if we needed any thing more. ...

"Nicely styled self-serve hotel; comfortable and quite cool. Unfortunately, the hotel also hosted a man who, around 2:00 am, used the lobby space for a (loud)- Spanish? Italian? - video call for a trans-atlantic meeting. Very loud for about 30 minutes or more; when I asked him to take his call outside, he told me he was almost finished and then continued his conversation for another 10 or 15 minutes, Not the hotel's fault, but it will be a lasting memory of my night in Hudson."

"Unfortunately, we had the smallest room with the smallest bathroom (Margaret Room). Normally we don't complain but the experience did not start out well. The toilet seat was loose and it just got worse in the evening. We should have let management know right away but we didn't expect it to fall off. The bathroom sink is narrow and "sideways".
