Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful. The food was great throughout our stay, but what really made our experience special was the staff. Customer service was truly 10/10 every single day. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel like they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our anniversary and our time on the island.
A special shoutout to our favorite waiter, Kenroy, and to Carla! They were both amazing and extremely helpful. They gave us great recommendations on activities, places to visit, and tips for getting around St. Croix. Their kindness and hospitality really added to our experience.
Celebrating 10 years of marriage in St. Croix was already special, but the staff at Carina Bay made it even more memorable.
