"Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel but we did have a few issues while there. Our premium room was a decent size but there was no place to put our stuff. There was no closet, just a few hangers on a small 6” rod. There were no dressers or shelves so we couldn’t unpack anything. We are traveling for 5 weeks so we each have a full suitcase with us and no where to put them in our room. Also the air conditioner in our room was not working and being on the 4th floor under a slanted ceiling it got very hot in the room. There was too much street noise to keep the windows open at night. We were given a fan that helped somewhat. The breakfast was good and the location was very central though it is in a pedestrian only area so you can’t drive directly to the hotel despite what Google Maps tells you! The parking lot that is subsidized by the hotel is a short, flat walk away from the hotel. I do recommend this hotel as I assume the air conditioning problem will be resolved."

"We loved the kitchenette in the room. It made it easy to make drinks and we used the microwave and fridge. The room was clean and convenient for a good night's sleep. The hotel was large but quiet. It is about 40 minutes walk from the centre which was okay but there are also buses from close to the hotel which makes it easier. For the price, a very good basic hotel with everything you need for a stay."

"Ideally located within a short walk of the train station, the hotel is clean with comfortable beds and spacious bath rooms. Also <5 minute walk to old town sites and 10 minute walk to the lake. Good breakfast offering included. Staff courteous at checkin/check out and helpful with questions about the neighborhood. Highly recommend."
