"The room was wonderful. The bed and pillows were very cozy. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom has a very nice and large sink and the shower was amazing. The shower has full sized shampoos, conditioners and body washes so if you forget your own you dont have to worry about it. The rooms are very spacious and have lots of storage. The pool and hot tub were amazing. My grandkids enjoyed the pool very much. The breakfast was awesome. It was very yummy and they give you so many options. My grandkids loved the pancake maker. They loved waving their hands to make pancakes. It was so magical for them. The lady at the front desk who checked me in was friendly and nice."

"They room and hotel were decently clean. The pool seemed a bit to cold for comfort but I suppose that could be personal preference. They overcharged me an extra 25 dollars on top of what my invoice said and the pet fee. I didn't bother calling to complain or try to give it back given my only interaction with who I assume was the manager. I walked through the lobby with my dog after taking him outside to potty. I was stopped by a man wearing a different colored outfit from the rest of the staff, so I assume he was management. He very rudely and abruptly stopped me and asked if I had a service dog. I said no. He then proceeded to tell me that I can't walk it through the lobby and need to take him in and out through a side door. Despite the fact that I couldn't find a sign ANYWHERE letting guests know about this policy, I wouldn't have had a problem with it. My problem was the way he said it to me. He said it like I was an idiot, or I was knowingly doing something wrong. His statements didn't come across as informative, they came across as rude and accusatory."
