"Convenient location. Mediocre breakfast. Mediocre staff. NO housekeeping (even NO trash emptying) for 3-night stay. Most disappointing...was not able to get a refund for a double-booking error... VERY inconsiderate!!! In short...paid TWICE for the same, mediocre 3-night booking! ...👎"

"Interesting and beautiful hotel set in lovely parkland and gardens. Good food in the brasserie and useful to know that one of the three restaurants is open each day. Plenty of parking and an hour from Calais so an excellent stopover."

"Kamers waren redelijk schoon, de badkamer en toilet mogen schoner of vervangen. Lekkage kraan. Bij binnenkomst hing er een zure lucht in de kamer, maar die vervloog snel. Personeel achter de balie zeer vriendelijk. Accomodatie is simpel en prima voor een nacht op doorreis."

"Beautiful and quiet location, very helpful, check-in was smooth and quick. Excellent help finding a restaurant for dinner and we got 10% discount when we used our voucher from the hotel. Cute dogs and cats and donkeys in the garden next door. Breakfast was wonderful- croissants and homemade yoghurt."

"The purpose of my visit to Neuve-Chapelle was to visit the nearby war grave of a family member. This was the perfect place for my stay. I loved the apartment, it was light, quiet, spacious and very clean. The bedroom, bathroom and living room area had everything I needed for my stay. The family that run the apartment were very kind and I really appreciated the breakfast which was brought to the apartment at the time requested (early morning). I highly recommend staying here and will...
