"This is an excellent hotel and we were extremely happy and comfortable. In particular, the breakfast is very good, offering variety, freshness and good quality. The staff are all lovely and kind, and we must give special thanks to Ishmaelle. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with cool AC and a pleasant veranda for absorbing electric sunsets. The location is also good and easily walkable to everything you need. Highly recommended and we would stay again tomorrow."

Now, I’m not talking about all staff, as many of the golf cart drivers we became chatty and friendly with, but the front desk staff in particular made us feel as though they were doing us a favor by simply asking basic questions like “could you call us a taxi?” or “I’d like to ask if there is availability for a late check out or to add an additional night”. One very minor thing was that the pool doesn’t open until 9am - it would have been nice to have it open earlier to allow for an early swim. But overall great hotel and would definitely recommend "

"There was one receptionist that was incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is extremely slow at serving. We rented the presidential suite...very nice suite but there was nothing to drink in the fridge and no snacks whatsoever. We won't come back"
