We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention goes to Baran at reception, whose helpfulness, resourcefulness, and local knowledge made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed advice or information. Our room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us. Local bus stops were just a stone's throw from the hotel, making it easy to get around. İnciraltı Beach was only about a 20-minute walk away, while the Old Town and Düden Waterfalls could be reached in around 20–30 minutes by bus. One thing to note is that our room did not have a window. While this wasn't a major issue for us, as the room was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, guests who prefer natural daylight or outside views may wish to check room options before booking. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Overall nice

The positives: newish hotel, very clean, comfortable bed, fridge, slippers and robe, powerful shower, hot water 24/7, friendly day shift staff, nice breakfast, good price, Lara location near Terra City The negatives: no soundproofing (very noisy at night), could not sleep until 3-4am because of noise, rude night shift, no room cleaning for the week Overall nice though!

Very poor experience. We had paid for two standard rooms but when we arrived on our first night me and my family were given two extremely small rooms that were not what we paid for nor the standard rooms that were advertised and photographed on Expedia. The rooms we were given were instead small and also very dirty. In my son’s room there was hair on his bedsheets which had obviously not been cleaned. When we complained to reception and told them that these were not the rooms we paid for, they told us that they were unable to change our rooms on that night but could only give us new rooms the following day and could instead only offer us a family room with 2 beds. The following morning when we went to reception, we informed them that we were going out and asked if when we came back, our new rooms, that we originally booked, would be ready to which the receptionist confirmed they would be. We also asked if we could come back at any time and he also confirmed this as well. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the evening receptionist told us that our rooms were not ready as it was too late despite what we were told in the morning. He said they could not change our rooms and give us the rooms that we paid for meaning me and my family would have to spend another night in a single room without getting any sort of reimbursement or compensation. We were able to get our new rooms, that we originally paid for on the third day of our stay. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff.

Probably one of my worst experience staying anywhere in the world at this hotel. Paid full price for seven days approximately €330 got a basement room with no windows. Smelling bathroom linen and pillows and duvet covers wasn’t ironed and had an awful smell. Skirting around the floor was split of the walls there midges and flies in the room constantly coming from the drains had to kill them with a towel and had bites on my arms. I requested an upgrade and they wanted to charge me more money. Which I wasn’t prepared to pay got into a little heated argument and they upgraded me to another room and that seemingly was better but quality standards were still the same. Never again.

Terrible night

Welcomed at reception & given room key, the whole hotel has signs up for no smoking, yet the whole hotel stinks of smoke. Our 1st room "family relax room" was anything but relaxing, dirty, dated, smoke smell, no tv. We asked to be moved and were shown to a better room, small, less smokey smell & bathroom had a horrible sewage smell. My husband was also shown another room, which involved another "admin error" and as my husband and staff member entered the room, they walked in on a couple having sex. Later in the evening another customer entered our room, after being allocated the same room. This was concerning as we had our baby with us and there was no working lock on the door. There was also a large gap above our door, so you can here everyone coming and going in the corridor. All we got was sorry, it was a mix up. Walls are paper thin & the couple next door were clearly having a fun night that we had to also endure until the early hours. Doors slamming all night also, meant a sleepless night for us all. All in all, a terrible experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Konaklamamız boyunca genel olarak oldukça memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı çeşit açısından yeterliydi ve lezzetliydi, güne güzel bir başlangıç yapmamızı sağladı. Odamız temiz, düzenli ve rahattı; bu da konaklamamızı daha keyifli hale getirdi. Çalışanlar oldukça ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, her konuda destek olmaya çalıştılar. Otelin atmosferi sakin ve huzurluydu, dinlenmek için güzel bir ortam sundu. Konumu da avantajlıydı ve çevreye ulaşım açısından kolaylık sağladı. Tek yaşadığımız sorun Wi-Fi’nin çalışmamasıydı, bu durum zaman zaman bizi zorladı. Bunun dışında her şey oldukça güzeldi ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer.

Fiyat performans olarak değerlendirmek gerekirse gayet iyi. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Kahvaltı ve kahve molası zamanlarında biraz daha özen gösterilmesi gerekiyor. Domates ve yeşillikler biraz daha özenli yıkanabilir. Canlı dostlarımızı kovmayan güzel bir otel ama kahvaltı salonu ve bahçe dinlenme alanında da gezinebildikleri için kahvaltı ve kahve saatlerinde atıştırmalıklar da ve kahvaltı yiyeceklerinin üstünde tüy olabiliyor. Hotels uygulamasını kullanamadan, internet tarayıcınızdan rezervasyon yaparsanız büyük bir şaşkınlık yaşayabilirsiniz. Tarayıcı da rezervasyon yapıp ödeme yapıncaya kadar tüm odalar da pencere varmış gibi gösteriliyor. Oysaki odanın penceresi yok. (yine de havalandırma ve klima yeterli. Odayı tek kişilik kullanmanız daha mantıklı) Tarayıcı hotels uygulamasına yönlendirince gerçek ortaya çıkıyor. Bu otel ile alakalı bir durum değil tahminimce ona göre rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz. Konum olarak çoğu yere yakın, etrafında ihtiyacınız olabilecek her yere her şeye ulaşılabilecek mesafede. Otopark mevcut ve yeterli.

3 gece konakladık. Merkezi bir yerde yürüyüşle denize 30 dk mesafede. Medikal Park hastanesine 6 dk uzaklıkta eğer Kaleiçi gibi tatil yerlerine gidecekseniz otobüsle 20 25 dk uzaklıkta. Konumu bizim için çok uygundu. Personeli çok kibar ve ilgililerdi. Odaları temizdi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı bizim için güzeldi. Akşam 17.00 ile 00.00 arasında atıştırmalık için çay kahva atıştırmalık çorba servisleri var. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gelirsek yine tercihimiz olacaklar
